Tailored 1:1 or small group personal training sessions to help you make lasting positive changes in your personal health, fitness and wellbeing.

Your personal training sessions could be at your home, local park or your favourite outdoor space.I will provide all the equipment needed to get you in the shape you want to be in.

During our initial free 30-min consultation we will discuss your health, fitness & wellbeing goals, your favourite exercise types and your lifestyle. Then, I will create your personalised exercise programme, including advice on nutrition, mindset, relaxation and any other positive changes you can make to improve your health & wellbeing.
