I first started in the fitness industry at 17, working in my local gym to gain experience and qualifications. I soon found that coaching and teaching people is something I have a passion for - I love helping people to develop their potential and become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves.

How I can help you

As a mum of two, I know that it’s all too easy for women to put themselves second behind the needs of everyone else around them - this can often mean your health & fitness taking a back seat as well.

Whether you want to lose weight, get back into that dress or if you just want to start feeling stronger with more vitality, I can work with you to create a programme that will help you achieve your goals.

I launched Nina Taylor Fitness with the aim of helping women who are approaching, or are in mid-life to understand what their body needs to look & feel better - the right exercise and lifestyle choices to help you regain your health, strength, confidence and get back to being the best version of you.


My Qualifications include:

  • Level 3 Personal trainer

  • Level 3 YMCA Mat Pilates

  • Trigger point Pilates

  • Fitness Pilates

  • Level 3 GP referral

  • Level 3 Pre & Post natal

  • Women 3rd age

  • Exercise to music
