My name is Nina Taylor, founder of Nina Taylor Fitness.

I’m passionate about helping people be more active, feel better about themselves, feel more confident and back in control of their bodies.

I believe that exercise and fitness should be compassionate & caring, it should be fun and help bring people together.

It’s about helping you to be as active as you can be, helping you to keep doing the things you need, want and love to do.

Working with me is about feeling supported, understood and part of a community, enjoying working at a level which is right for you.

How I can help you

I launched Nina Taylor Fitness with the aim of helping people become & stay fit and active for the life they want to lead.

I understand that for many people, high intensity or high impact exercise is not right for their bodies - I can help if you need a more progressive kind of exercise that allows you to build up your fitness, helping you to move more confidently, freely and with less pain.

I am a level 3 Personal trainer, GP referral qualified, MAT Pilates and exercise to music to music instructor. I have also completed the Advanced clinical weight loss diploma, NASM corrective exercise specialist and Women’s Fitness specialist qualifications.

I am also a qualified CNM Health Coach and am currently working towards my Level 4 Pilates with Body control, specialising in exercise for Older adults and Bone health.
