Lift Lean (30mins)

  • Wednesdays @ 6pm

  • Saturdays @ 9am

Payment is accepted by credit / debit card and will be recurring on the 1st of the month.

PAYG zoom classes

Non-members can access Live Zoom classes PAYG - joining details for your class will be sent via email to your nominated email address.

Pilates classes are £6, Lift Lean classes are £5
